STAGING YOUR HOME

The way you live in your home and the way we sell your house are two different things! 

When you get ready to place a home on the market for sale it becomes a product, and just like any product on the shelves at your local store it has features and benefits, pluses and minuses, and there are other products to compete with.  To gain an edge in your marketplace you must be priced right and look better than the competition.  Sometimes it's difficult to think of a home as a mere product, but it helps to think that way in order to get top dollar for the home and sell it in a reasonable amount of time.

As an ACCREDITED STAGING PROFESSIONAL, I'll make thoughtful recommendations about how you can inexpensively enhance and update your home, in order to achieve the highest possible "staged" sales price.  And I believe that for every dollar you spend to update your home before it goes on the market for sale, you'll get back 2-3 times as much as you put into updating it, using my suggestions, and your home will sell more quickly too!  I work with a team of home improvement service providers to assist with your home repairs and upgrades.

Let's start thinking of your "home" as a product or "house".  When you sell your house you're going to have to move.  When you move you're going to have to pack.  Most of the principles of STAGING just mean that you're going to pack up some of your things early.  It's a little bit of work, but you're going to have to do it anyway, so I will recommend that you start packing as soon as I have listed your home and given you my Staging Report.

My professional policy is that I won't give you my detailed Staging Report until we have signed a contract to list and market your home for sale.

No house is too large or too small.  I stage and sell properties from fine luxury estates to small condominiums in the Palos Verdes Peninsula, which includes Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills and Rolling Hills Estates, as well as the South Bay cities of Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Lomita and San Pedro.
