Charlene Phelps has been a Realtor since 1976.  She has served as RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty's Broker/ Manager since 1989.  In addition to her over 30 years of experience assisting her clients, Charlene has been admired and respected by all of the Realtors who have looked to her for guidance as their manager.

Charlene received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity College where she majored in mathematics and minored in physics.

She has received top honors from RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty, including RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, and 100% Club.  She has been recognized by the Rolling Hills Association of Realtors as Realtor-Associate of the Year and Realtor of the Year for outstanding service.

Charlene has served as President of the Rolling Hills Association of Realtors, President of the Greater South Bay Regional Multiple Listing Service, Chairperson of Region 21, State Director of the California Association of Realtors, and Local Association Director/Officer.
